Lara is the one in the litter with the most fire. She is absolutely fearless and is willing to do just
about anything if it makes you happy. She was the only puppy in the litter to challenge people
she does not know with little puppy barks. We discovered that she had opened her eyes when she
raised her head to see the blobs that were approaching her and barked at us.

I am so very proud that MaryKae and Karl have decided to train Lara as a Therapy Dog. MK is a
therapist. If Lara is used to work with kids and folks I will be as proud of her as if she was a
multiple group winner. Lara will be spayed because there are no plans to show her. She is the
same outstanding quality as the rest of the litter, but I believe showing and titles are not the
be-all-end-all of breeding programs. Lara is in a FANTASTIC home and I could not imagine a
better purpose for her life than loving her people and helping kids. Hearing about Lara's latest
exploits and the marvelous plans for her future makes every bit of work envolved in breeding of
this litter worth it. Thanks to all of the family for being the gift of a terrific home, their work
and breed embassadorship with Lara has been a source of delight for all envolved in this litter.

Lara has gone to live in a wonderful home in Sausalito, That in the words of her
owner "the woman of the house works hard, the man of the house is told to keep
his TT under a hundred, and all of The
Staccato Pride and the wonderful Borzoi
are considered above average." LOL
They have beautiful cats, several of which are Grand Champions. Click on the
link above to see who Lara is graciously sharing her humans with only the
occasional chase <g>. Lara is shown taking a walk with her humans, which is one
of her favorite activities. The picture at the bottom shows Lara at 10 months of
age.
